eFax received--how do I read it?

I checked my eFAX log for an eFAX I was supposed to receive on Friday, and the log showed the eFAX had in fact been sent. But I did not receive an e-mail notifying me of that and I can't seem to read the eFAX from the log. How do I read an eFAX in this case?

The fax would have been delivered to the email address(es) you have configured as a PDF upon receipt.

That is what is supposed to have happened, but it didn't. That is, the eFAX was not delivered as a pdf attachment to an e-mail, as I didn't get the e-mail! In that case, is it still possible to retrieve the eFAX some other way?
