Can we not transfer our BS electronic number to a working fax number? We need a supervisor. We are in the middle of a lawsuits worth HUNDREDS OF MILLIONS of dollars and we cannot get a fax. Sonic, you are on notice. No one ever told us that this was a buggy system. We need our faxes to work. Not tomorrow, not after breakfast, but NOW. Operations Support! Where are you? Do you give a damn that you are ruining a small business? This is a total disaster. I want a call. 707-999-9999 x 1.

Why on earth would you run your main fax line on a beta e fax? Whom ever made that decision should be canned. If i was conducting busines worth "hundreds of millions" id insure somesort of redundancy like having a real line for faxes. Surely you can afford it?

Small business advice aside If i were you i would sign up for a paid e fax service if i was in a real pinch.

Sonic's FaxLine feature is a free, experimental, unsupported "Labs" service, and it is offered at no charge as a convenience to our customers. If you find it useful, that's great, but if it doesn't suit your needs, please don't use it.

I'd like to think a lot of us (customers) understand this, but there's also an option to get yet another phone number for FAX reception for $4.95/mo. I get that this is a nuisance stopper, but somewhere in there it could start to look something like a paid service.
