We NEED someone from Operations Support to contact us. We are in the middle of major litigation and receiving many faxes a day. However, many faxes are NOT coming through. This is totally unacceptable. I need someone to call me at 707-999-9999 x 1. This is urgent.

Why would you rely on something in Labs for such essential faxes. I don't think Sonic's faxline is even officially supported.
