Is your modem safe and secure?

Just got an email from y'all with the subject "Is your modem safe and secure?" While this may be a valid question, my response to it might be along the lines of "Could you guys send out an email that looks more sketchy?" If you want a system that's free of security vulnerabilities, then make sure you don't send email that looks like phishing and takes up several minutes of my time to feel confident that it's legitimate. And maybe make sure you put a plain text version of any links you want me to follow so that I can type them into my browser directly, instead of relying on a link in the message that could take me just about anywhere.
