Another fax problem

I have been successfully using Labs for several months to send faxes to a vendor. Starting yesterday (Jan 1) and continuing today, my outbound faxes are not being delivered, although the vendor fax phone remains unchanged. I contacted the vendor and they report that they are successfully getting faxes from their other customers. They also say that my 3 failed attempts have been partially received before transmission stops. It's a 5 page fax, and they get 1 or 2 pages and then there is a transmission error. They had me try a different fax number, which also failed.

I received 2 email error messages from Sonic, which report:

-Received no response to DCS or TCF (on Jan 1)

-Failed to train with any of the compatible modems (Jan 2)

Are some changes being made on your end that might be causing the transmission errors?

No changes occurred in the portions of the system I'm responsible for, but I've gathered up the logs of the failed fax sending and will be talking to the people who know about the other portions, we'll see if we can figure something out.
