faxes not going through, sent 2 separate numbers - don't go!

I was told to fax something to my bank Redwood CU. I have two separate fax numbers and neither will go through using my fax number 595-5950 through my Sonic.net account.

Help! Thanks.

I'm sorry to hear that you've had trouble sending faxes. We made some changes a couple of weeks ago that improved the completion rate a bit and have a good idea what steps we need to take to improve it further. I'm optimistic that we may be able to get the failure rate down to around 1-2% which will be a significant improvement from where we are now.

I have two faxes stuck in "in-queue," one for about 18 hours and the other for about about 30 minutes. This is the first problem I've had with Sonic's fax system and I've been using it for a few years. I hope this problem wasn't caused by the changes mentioned in this forum.

Sorry for the late reply, I believe this was related to some broken monitoring which has been fixed.
