I opened a support ticket #2832746 regarding some problems I am having going to TLS email submissions at sonic.net
before the September 16th date. I submitted the ticket on September 5th.
I updated the ticket with more information on September 6th.

After getting no response, I called the support line last night and ended up having them call me
back at 8am this morning.
I spoke with Nick who said that I needed to direct my question here.
I will admit that I am using a downrev version of postfix+sasl (2.2.10) from an older ubuntu 6.06LTE system.
It would be nice to resolve this before I lose outbound email connectivity to sonic.net.
I do have a sonic.net provided static IP address if that helps me be able to use any other kind of mechanism.
