Faxes Not Going Through!!!!!

Hello,

I have been told that my employees have faxed over documents and none of the faxes are coming through to any of the emails I have on file. What is the issue with the fax lines or the service? I am loosing business with this. This is the 3rd time this happens and I have a lot of business that is done via fax. Thank you Ricardo Rodriguez

You can check the faxline history for received faxes here:

If the status of a transmission shows as either "pages received" or "0 pages received" instead of a positive integer preceeding the word pages this indicates that the transmission failed due to a range of factors, most commonly though would be a communication error between the sender and our receiving service.
