This is a rough start to Sonic net.
Brand new to this service. The internet isn't working, because the phone line doesn't ring here.
But.
Relying on my old internet connection, I am trying to solve problem #2.
I thought I would get the fax line going. I set it up. I was assigned a number.
I tested sending a fax from the web app to my new fax line 415-500-XXXX. That fax sat in the queue. Didn't go. The message reads: "NOANSWER/NOCARRIER"
I tried using my fax machine and current phone number to fax to 500-2632. The number rings and answers, but it never responds to the fax machine. So the fax doesn't go through.
I called customer support. They informed me that the fax feature is not supported. But, I can post on a message board. (Just like in 1993.)
Any thoughts?
