A neighbor is with LMI.net Fusion, but concerned about switching to Sonic Fusion because of potential disruption.
Anyone done this, and was it smooth?
LMI.net has fallen down for them on customer service. The alternative under consideration is AT&T, given a recent U-Verse buildout. But customer service would likely be worse.
