Fax "Received" on log; I never received

According to the sender, a 3 page fax was successfully transmitted to me. Here's the log entry from the sonic.net site:

"pages received Apr 3,2014 2:18PM"

Nothing has been sent to my designated email.

I tried the phone support. I am disappointed that you do not provide phone support for this function.

A result in the faxline log with no number of pages received indicates a failure before transmission completion. Unfortunately there are inconsistencies with the communication between faxline and certain fax machines that result in occasional failures of transmissions. There is no phone or email support provided with this service as it is offered as a best effort / labs product. I apologize for the inconvenience you experienced.
