I'm one of the moderators on a listserve hosted by Sonic. The primary administrator has made me a second administrator, but I'm unable to log in to the administrative interface.
When I first became a subscriber of the list, I set up a member password. I have no trouble getting into the archives using it.
When I was made moderator, our primary administrator set me up with another password, which is working perfectly to access pending messages that need to be moderated.
But when I attempt to log into the administrative interface, neither of those passwords work.
Could someone please help us with this problem? It would be preferable to be able to access all member, moderator, and administrative features with one password, and I suspect that the fact that I somehow ended up with two passwords may be part of the problem here.
