Are the fax lines down for Sonic.net. I have not been able to receive any faxes. They tell me its busy and another says pages received but nothing shows in my email as received. I am loosing a lot of business if this does not work.

No, I'm not seeing trouble on my side. I just used the "Send a fax" tool to send to my own FaxLine, which tests both our inbound and outbound capabilities, and it came through in just a few minutes.

Is your FaxLine number having trouble? I took a moment to review the fax history on your account, and it appears that at least some of the faxes are being received.
When either '0 pages received' or 'pages received' shows up, that usually means that the sender either hung up or sent something our system couldn't understand. When this happens, no email will show up.
What may be helpful is seeing if the sender can receive a test fax (using the 'Send a Fax' tool) from you - that would help us narrow down if the problem occurs on both sides or just one.

I tried sending a fax as well from Sonic fax and it did not work. I have not received the fax to my other fax number. I will try again in a few minutes and see if it works.

I have a couple of nurses that have been trying to send over their application so I can submit them to the facility, but line keeps telling them its busy. That is what they are telling me. I am not sure I have not had a problem with the fax before this is the first time. I am not sure if it might be something of theirs on their fax machine or they stopped it before hand.

According to the faxline log all the failures on the 10th were from the same line (916-686-3###). I see a successful transmission of 11 pages earlier today, hopefully that was you receiving the information you needed. Please let us know if you require further assistance. Thank you, It seems like today and yesterday it worked well. The first fax from the 209 number never came through even though it says transmitted. But I never got it. I had the nurse go scan and email the forms to me as the deadline was 4pm to submit their documentation. But thank you for your assistance.
Faxes from several facilities not coming through. I have had references faxed over and applications from nurses that are of a time sensitivity and they don't seem to transmit. Their fax states it sent but they never come through. Is there anything that can be done.
