I am not able to import my webmail contacts using the vcard nor the google csv on my IMac. Any suggestions?

Into what are you trying to import the contacts?

I am trying to export my webmail contacts list from another internet provider and import them into my Sonic.net webmail. Can you or anyone else assist me?

Try to export the contacts as vcard from your current webmail then go to https://webmail.sonic.net and login with your Sonic.net address and password. Once there click "Address Book" from the upper right then click "Import" from the upper left and follow the instructions. The software (webmail/roundcube) has certain problems importing CSV data (in certain formats) which is why I recommend using vcard format if possible. If you are limited to exporting to csv and are unable to import them to webmail properly please let me know and I will assist you further.

Importing using the CSV data did not work. when I attempted to import using the vcard (apple address book), the computer freezes.
