Unable to click on and access received faxes

I see a fax was sent to me today at 11 a.m. and on February 3. i need to have both for printing but they are not in my email on on a screen that shows faxes received...
I am disappointed that there is no telephone support- these a are critical medical documents :idea:

If under the notes section of the faxline history you see "pages received" or "0 pages received" then the transmission was not received correctly which can occur for a variety of reasons. If this is the case you will not receive an email. However for the transmission on February 3rd the status shows 2 pages received. When a transmission is successful the fax will be attached to an email that is delivered to your configured recipient ( recipient can be specified at this url: https://members.sonic.net/fax_rx/ ).
