Voice is down (once again) but DSL is up. Anyone having issues?

Tried support no answer.

We've got the opposite problem. Voice is working just fine, but no internet. Man edge networking is slow on the cel phone.

Are you having a "no dialtone" issue? If so, try calling your number from another line to see if that clears it up.

Under normal circumstances, you should call Sonic.net Support so this issue can be tracked and resolved, but if support is closed and you need to use the line, this should kick-start it.

If it's more than just no dialtone, Support will need to diagnose.

It looks like we have a technician visit scheduled to address an internal wiring issue at your location, arranged this morning. What manner of additional remedy did you have in mind?
