I'd expect to voicemail transcription first quarter of 2014. We've been using the transcriptions internally for some time and I have to say that the quality of the transcriptions are quite varied. Occasionally they are word for word perfect, sometimes they are unintelligible but most of the time they are just good enough to get an idea of what the call is about.
That's pretty much like Google Voice's transcription. Much of the time, I get enough context and I can determine whether I need to take immediate action, and that's good enough for me.kgc wrote:... but most of the time they are just good enough to get an idea of what the call is about.
