I just noticed that there is a new Sonic Web page (http://www.sonic.net) this morning.

It looks fine in Firefox (25.0.1) and Chrome (31.0.1650.63 m), but is a bit scrambled and almost unusable in:

IE 10,
IE 11,
Opera on my Wii,
The browser on my Nook.

:o

I think someone needs to do some tweaking on the site for a better coverage of browsers.

How does the site look to others?

We're working on this now. IE looked fine in our tests but we clearly did not check to make sure it looked okay in IE when we deployed it last night.

The feedback button covers more space (the full width of the window) than it appears to. If I scroll so that the channel lineup scrolling area is flush with the bottom of the window, the invisible full-width bar for the feedback button prevents me from clicking the scroll button to scroll down.

Also, I would make the channel list more searchable: APL (for Animal Planet) means nothing to me.

Alex, what OS/Browser combo are you using? I'm not able to reproduce this in Chrome or FireFox although I can still resize the window and scroll to a position where the FeedBack button gets in the way of the scroll bar.

I tried to submit feedback on the new homepage but received the error message below so I'm submitting feedback here.

Error message when submitting feedback:
"Uh oh! There was a problem processing your feedback."

The new website looks great however there are some things that could be improved.

1. Modem/router rental is not clearly disclosed until one goes through the sign-up process.
2. No mention of Wire Plan being included with modem/router rental.
3. No mention that customer can use their own modem/router, albeit unsupported, and opt out of rental fee.
4. No easy way to clear installation qualification address. Must clear cookies.
5. A link to the voice tax and fees explanation would be helpful.

Windows 7/Firefox 17.0.11esr (Tor Browser Bundle). Try to recreate this window then try to click the button to scroll the channel lineup down.
