After the Wordpress upgrade the site I was working on developed problems that became progressively worse as I tried to fix it. Is there a way to do a clean install of Wordpress in my directory so I can start over?

Yes, there is a way you can do a fresh install (all files and preferences cleared). Call or email our support team and request for your Wordpress install (note which URL it is at) to be removed. They should forward this to the operations department, who can perform the steps necessary to give you a clean directory to install into via our Member Tools.
