Unable to fax

Hello, tried to fax three pdf files 3x this afternoon, they all failed. I confirmed the phone number is correct.
Would like to know why they failed and when can refax them?

I would advise you to confirm with the party to whom you are attempting to deliver the fax whether they received the document or not. Unfortunately there are cases where the fax will transmit but the receiving end does not properly notify our tool of success and the status times out then returns "failed Unknown Status" as I see is the case in your sent fax history.

We have had users re-transmit numerous times only to find out from the receiving party that all submissions were actually delivered resulting in some frustration for the receiver (being that so much ink and paper were wasted).
