Failed fax notice, in error (fax went through)

error message received 2:44pm, recipient confirmed received ok. No complaints, just letting you know in case adjustments are necessary - and taking the opportunity to give thanks for this service. Just found out about it this week, already have saved a ton of time, much appreciated - thank you Sonic!

Thanks for the note on this. We've seen this with some receivers, and there's little we can do, as the reported status to us is "failed". In other customer's case, we re-tried and the person ended up getting the fax multiple times. Not ideal, but no easy fix either.

Thanks for the response Dane - just to add in case it helps, I did receive confirmations for faxes sent before and after this one. Appreciate your efforts in building out this service, it's a real game-changer for my daily routine.
