Hello!

I've recently come back to sonic now that I've moved, but am now on a FTTN connection instead of Sonic Fiber. I previously had access to personal web hosting, but it doesn't seem to exist anymore for me under Member Tools with my new service. When I go to https://members.sonic.net/websites/pers ... b_hosting/, I get a notice that personal web hosting is only available for those with connectivity services - does FTTN not qualify for this?

Thanks!
Kyle

Hi Kyle!

Glad to have you back on board with Sonic again - it looks like your service hasn't been fully installed yet, so that's why the Personal Hosting option isn't available to you yet. As soon as your connection is fully up, you should be able to enable all of the hosting options.

Hm, not sure what isn't fully installed - I had the ATT installer out yesterday, and am able to use the new internet connection. I've also connected up the VoIP ATA, but haven't purchased a landline phone yet to test it out. Is there something else I need to configure on my end, or am I just jumping the gun a bit since it was installed just yesterday and any other config will sort itself out on Sonic's end?

Everything is completed on your end so you do not have to do anything. We just have to complete a few steps here on our end and then you should be able to start with the hosting.

I am pushing this work along now so you should be able to start soon.
