Starting a couple of weeks ago, my daily web access logs have often been missing. Since the middle of October, on several days my access_log file in /logs/by_user/ has not appeared. Yet on other days during this same period, the logs were there. Is this a known problem?

Also, will we ever be given access to real time logs?

Hi,

The web access logs issue you see are related to a pending (and somewhat difficult) upgrade of one of the backend servers involved in making those logs available to you. I apologize for the days when those logs do not appear. So yes, it's a known problem and one we're working to avoid as this upgrade continues.

Unfortunately I don't have an answer for you regarding access to realtime logs at this time. I will ask.
