rollout of HTTPS/SSL support

I don't have an estimate at this time for the rollout of HTTPS/SSL support for Personal/Value/Basic hosting tiers. That said, there will most likely be a post in the Hosting section of the forum when we do plan to roll out any major changes or upgrades.

Any updates on this? Also, there were hints of other updates to PHP/APACHE versions and other things to bring Sonic into the 21st century, how is that work progressing?

We're getting closer - now that the upgrades to the Shell server are mostly finished, the Web Hosting cluster is next in line for a software refresh.
