I just started to work in this account and can't access the database in the dashboard. The site is in Drupal. Can you reset the database for starfnd_site-all so I can have access to it?

I think instead of resetting which will them messed up the access. Can you create a new user name and password so I can have access to it?

Hi,

We can't create a new database user and password pointing to the existing database, but if you've lost the password and the Drupal site is still working, you should be able to pull it from the Drupal config file (usually sites/default/settings.php) and then log in with that. If the site is broken, it'd be safe to reset the password and then update it in settings.php so Drupal has the updated password.

Let me know if I can assist further.
