I am planning to upload a new version of my website in the near future. Will there be a problem if I delete the “hubrisonics.com” folder from the “public_html” folder and then upload a new “hubrisonics.com” folder?

Nope! Just make sure that if you installed Wordpress using the One Click Manager that you also remove it that way instead of deleting the directory.
