Should I use SPF and DKIM while using Sonic's relay server?

Hi! Sorry if this is a noob question, but I couldn't find a answer anywhere...

I have an e-mail server running at home and I'm using Sonic's relay host for SMTP, so basicaly I have this on my postfix configuration:

relayhost = [mail.sonic.net]:587

Usually I don't have any issues sending e-mail but I'm wondering if I should set the SPF and DKIM for my domains, should I do so if I'm already using a relay?

Thanks in advance.

You should at least setup the SPF text record for your domain.
