PLEASE HELP!
We have our legacy website hosted with you and mySQL databases, one of which (bigheart_ssa) is still used to administer access to a portion of the legacy site necessary for training preparation. Login credentials have an expiration (enddate) based on 1 year from start date set when user is added or edited. Sign in happens at http://www.safeschoolambassadors.org/tot/signin.php
I am the sole administrator for this site at our nonprofit, and apparently my login credential expired. I attempted to access the database directly to update my 'end date', but the password I have to manage the database is not working. I see there is a link to reset the password for managing the database, with this caveat: "Note: Once you continue, the previous password(s) will no longer work."
If i continue, will I need my current password to change it to a new one? Because what I have for the current password is not working.
