Hello,

The `/usr/bin/psql` command on the shell server cannot connect to the database backend:

Code: Select all

psql: could not connect to server: Connection timed out
Is the server running on host "pgsql.custsql.sonic.net" (184.23.168.158) and accepting
        TCP/IP connections on port 5432?
Wondering if any recent IP renumbering might have changed the pgsql address but the DNS didn't get updated? Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,

My apologies about the mixup - looks like there was a firewall rule that needed to be updated to allow access from the new shell IP address. Confirmed working as of mid-afternoon on 12/27.
