Hi there,
I was told by Tech Support that it's beyond their scope to help me set up a DKIM key in my DNS area. Does anyone have any advice on how to do this?

There's more to it than making changes in DNS. Here's
one article that lists what's involved. Perhaps do a web search on "set up dkim for email in dns" to find more details?

I set it up recently with a bunch of Google searches. I have to admit, it wasnt very straighforward to understand.
