How do check on how much of the monthly bandwidth has been used?
What counts as part of that bandwidth? E.g., does upgrading wordpress to 5.4.1 count?

You can check usage and activity for mini-Hosting by in Member Tools under Account -> Resource Usage -> Bandwidth and Website Usage. The total usage is listed, along with links to graphs for monthly and month-to-date ranges. If you click on the entry for domain 'sonic.net', you'll get visitor stats.

Performing upgrades to Wordpress or changing PHP settings should not count towards bandwidth, as this is considered local traffic -- only serving up website content outside of Sonic's network counts against the total.
I'm a proud employee of Sonic.net! :-)
