My experience is that Support often recommends posting a non-standard question in the Forums here, because they know Dane reads the threads and, when he's made a decision about an answer, posts.
Being able to ask Sonic's CEO questions is one of the rewards about being a Sonic customer.

I would never hope for that with Hans Vestberg of Verizon, even when their Support doesn't produce.
