I've asked support (Sonic #6473860) for help getting my Webalizer reports to run again but there's been no response in over a day. Is there something I can do to restore that?
For anyone following this thread, this morning I received this email reply from Joe Muller at Sonic:
"We've resumed generating Webalizer reports for your website, mikepasini.com. The missing report data for the 23rd through 25th was a side-effect of the web hosting logs being moved to a different server earlier in the week -- the configuration for Webalizer on our end has been updated to use the new server path for log files."
