Service down for 10wks

Has anyone else had major problems with service in Northern sonoma county? 10wks my service has been down. Att came out to make line stable and they took it down so no service on that line. Multiple no show vendor meet, and multiple no show, and closed out ticket only to have to reopen then days later the same. Said they showed up but not on my security cameras or with somebody home. Sonic techs are great but seem to be stuck with horrible att techs. I believe in sonic but if att keeps screwing them over, I will be forced to leave. I have had my bonded service working before for over 2 years then this screw up
How do we get sonic their own lines?
