Greetings,
I've been trying to solve an issue with Outlook 2013 that started a few months ago.
My email has a folder named "Junk" (not Junk-Email). 95% of its contents are emails from my wife's Yahoo account.
I've added her to safe sender, safe recipient, whitelist, never block sender, never block sender's domain, never block sender's group; not in blocked list; no rules set. And yet all of her emails to my Sonic account get redirected from Inbox to Junk. Sometimes I get a glimpse of one in my Inbox and in a flash it's moved to Junk.
Any thoughts?
Thanks,
Roger

That is a weird one.

I might suggest deleting the Junk folder and see what happens to those emails. If they start going to the Inbox from there try making the Junk folder again and if they start going to that folder again try naming the Junk folder "Junk1" or something that is not named the same.

Thanks liamo,
JIC this might add to the mystery, I also have Outlook on my Android phone-- it doesn't have a "Junk" folder, but instead has a "Spam" folder which is where all my wife's emails go. IOW, all the emails that are in Outlook's "Junk" folder on my PC, are also in "Spam" on the mobile version of Outlook.
I will try your suggestion of deleting/renaming the "Junk" folder.
Thanks again,
Roger
