I keep receiving automated messages about exceeding my email quota, but I can't find any information about reducing the amount of storage my email takes up. How do I reduce the amount of space I am using for email? Other than deleting all older messages -- I have to maintain a email log for business.

If you can't delete the emails, the best thing to do would probably be to set up a POP account, which will download the emails from the Sonic server and store them on your device. You'll then only have hardware limitations to deal with. I would also recommend having them backed up on another device or something like an external hard drive.
