Can the contract buyout be combined with 1st month free and $10/mo off

I'm still under contract with my current provider.

When I preordered fiber, it offered 1st month free + $10/mo off for the first year. Looking at the contract buyout wiki, it says it can not be combined with any other offers. Do I have to choose between the contract buyout or 1st month + $10/mo?
