Lockout message when trying to login to OpenVPN

Hi -

I just had my Sonic service activated today at my new apartment, and everything's working great so far except for OpenVPN. When I try to log in to ovpn.sonic.net, I get a message that says LOCKOUT after putting in my username/password.

Any ideas as to what could be going on?

(PS, it's great to be back with Sonic - can't wait until I have access to your fiber product again!)

I see a few failed password attempts but it looks to be connected now. Is it working for you now?

Odd - yes, it's letting me in, and I'm able to connect now. Not sure what the deal was, but glad it's working now!
