Lockout message when trying to login to OpenVPN

Hi -
I just had my Sonic service activated today at my new apartment, and everything's working great so far except for OpenVPN. When I try to log in to ovpn.sonic.net, I get a message that says LOCKOUT after putting in my username/password.
Any ideas as to what could be going on?
