Webmail: Authentication Timeout setting?

Is there an option to change the server timeout for authentication for webmail? Currently, the timeout is too short for my needs.

I'm trying the Inbox Refresh rate setting to 1min to see if that solves the issue.

Thoughts would be welcome.
