SPAM suddenly getting through Spamassassin

In the past week or two, I've noticed a flood of spam getting through Spamassassin. Before, nothing would get through. Now I'm getting about 6-10 per day. Did something change on the server end? Looking at the latest couple, the scores seem remarkably low. This appears to be a bot-net since I doubt with dog grooming in it's domain name is really in the business of selling cars:

We actually did completely just replace and upgrade the SA cluster with new servers. The old 5150 Xeons were getting a bit long in the tooth when compared to new E5-X CPUs. However, this upgrade should not have substantively affected the rules or efficacy of the filters. I suspect any recent uptick in spam volumes is just part of the normal ebb and flow.

Interestingly they seem to have a "From" line with domain names belonging to the same person created on the same day (17-Aug-2011).
