I saw that in prior posts you mention that you stand by your product with a 30 day guarantee.
Unfortunately I am 1 week in my new fusion product with speeds < 12 MPBS vs the 30 MPBS advertised when I joined.
Multiple reps says they are going to charge me for the first month and WILL NOT refund my installation fee.
IMO this doesn't look like you are standing by your product.
Can you make this right?
