I know very little about Internet in general so my son had set up a TeamViewer quick connect to support me on my android device, since switching to Sonic, he can no longer connect. Is there something I need to disable?
I would suggest reinstalling the Teamviewer app. The ports they use to connect are not blocked so a failure to connect could be a number or reasons. A blocked port would be the only thing I could think of that would stop it from working properly.
I might be going in the wrong direction with this. To clarify, is there an issue with the internet or the connection to the android device via Teamviewer?
