Dear Dane;
I assume these are service loops, extra cable for reeling out in case of a breakage. But do they have to
be placed between poles, where they stick out like sore thumbs? Could some artistry go into the cable routing,
to reduce the visual burden?
In this case, place the service loops next to a pole, where they stick out less?
