Have not had reliable internet service from Sonic since Jan 30

Been a customer for at least 12+ years. Have not had a problem until this year. No internet service starting Jan 30. Finally had service restored end of last week, kind of. We have service intermittently. I am beginning to learn the names of the customer service reps because I call so often. Meanwhile, I have been relying on a Comcast for steady, reliable access to the internet while I wait for a resolution to these problems.

Honestly, the only reason I have not cancelled my service with Sonic is my main email account is with Sonic. What has happened to the Sonic service that I expected? The customer service technicians have been very passive and I have had to push and push for a resolution. I am still waiting.

We apologize for the length of time this is taking. This issue required cable maintenance, which means it was a larger work order to perform repairs, with a longer timeline than a regular repair. Also. due to the heavy workload, the turnaround time has been impacted, as all repairs have been pushed out.

I'd be more than happy to follow up with AT&T to see what their next course of action should be and send a Sonic truck roll. at no charge, to check your internal wiring.
