Been a customer for at least 12+ years. Have not had a problem until this year. No internet service starting Jan 30. Finally had service restored end of last week, kind of. We have service intermittently. I am beginning to learn the names of the customer service reps because I call so often. Meanwhile, I have been relying on a Comcast for steady, reliable access to the internet while I wait for a resolution to these problems.
Honestly, the only reason I have not cancelled my service with Sonic is my main email account is with Sonic. What has happened to the Sonic service that I expected? The customer service technicians have been very passive and I have had to push and push for a resolution. I am still waiting.
