Internet Drops sometimes every 15 minutes

Hello,

I have recently begun having an issue with my internet connection. My connection to the internet will sometimes completely drop out for about a minute or two then come back. Sometimes I lose connection every 15 minutes, and sometimes I won't lose connection for a whole day. This has now been happening for about two weeks.

I use both ethernet and wifi. when I am connected to the internet, my speeds and ping are fine. I use the Pace router provided by Sonic. I also have the issue when I connect my computer directly to the "white box" (forgive me I forget the actual name of the device). The issue is apparent on multiple computers/devices.

Sonic technicians did come to my house but they could not fix the issue.

I've been having the same issues over the past few days with my service. I just emailed technical support just now, but thought I would post here as well.

Had it had happen 3 times yesterday(12/29) evening around 9:00 to 9:45, and 4 times today(12/30). I actually logged the times for the interruptions the night of 12/30. Disconnects for approximate two to three minutes at 7:45, 8:28, and 10:09. I wasn't able to run a tracert in time before the service came back up, as it only drops for a minute or two. I've reset both my modem and router, and problem keeps occurring. I have had 4-5 months of nearly flawless service until yesterday.
