We just added a feature to the membertools to allow customers to reset their password if they've forgotten it and are unable to log in to the tools. It's really pretty straight forward and requires that the user is able to supply their username, billing zip code, credit card number and be able to receive a call at one of the numbers listed on their account. If you have a couple of minutes to test it out I'd appreciate any feedback you have.
