Really surprised and unhappy at the moment. I'm moving and called to switch my service over to the new location. Up until now everything has been great. I was even okay with the fact that the new location would not have fiber (all the surrounding blocks do, but I get that there are logistics challenges). But a TWO WEEK turn around time? Or a $150 contract fee? For a service that I can get through AT&T directly for half the price?
I didn't want to have to switch away from you guys, but there really isn't any resolution to this that seems mutually beneficial.
