Landline Phone - Coverage to Fremont?

My mom would like to switch her AT&T landline phone to Sonic via hot cut. When she phoned, she was told she is about 300 feet too far. Can Sonic review their processes to see if they will lengthen service to accommodate Fremont as 300 feet is not that far. Isn’t this just a central office change as she has existing AT&T wires?

I may be able to offer a little insight into this. We don't offer service beyond 12k feet from a central office due to the low speed and high instability that is caused by that kind of distance. If your mom was trying to order our Fusion DSL then she would be restricted to that 12k feet limitation.

If she is trying to only get a phone only service through us then I may be able to help with that. Please PM me the address and I will look into it from our side.
